Manage Bulk Orders Easily
Create and manage multiple orders in one go with our seamless bulk order upload feature. Here’s how:
Uploading Bulk Orders
Note: To upload multiple orders in bulk, follow these simple steps. First, download our sample CSV file, fill in the required details, and then upload it back to our platform.
Step 1
Go to Orders > Process Bulk Orders
Log in to your dashboard
Go to the "Orders" section and select "Process Bulk Orders"
Step 2
Select Upload Bulk Orders
Click on "Upload Bulk Orders"
A pop-up window titled "Bulk Order Upload via CSV" will appear"
Download the sample template from this window and fill in your order details
Step 3
Upload the Bulk Order CSV File
After completing all the mandatory fields in the template with your order details, click on the "Browse" button
Choose your CSV file from your computer and upload it.
Step 4
Select the Pickup Address
Select the pickup address from the dropdown menu
Check the box below if the "return address is the same as the pickup address"
Proceed by clicking on the "Upload" button
Step 5
Review Bulk Order Sheet Upload Status
Your bulk order sheet upload status will be shown here
The total number of successfully processed orders will be displayed
Any failed orders due to errors in the order details will also be shown
